Sarah will share many examples, plus a few in-depth case studies, of intimate landscapes, abstract renditions of natural subjects, and portraits of plants and trees to inspire you to seek out small scenes next time you are outside with your camera.

Thom Rouse "Art & Photoshop"

Photoshop as an artistic medium requires a different approach than Photoshop as a workflow tool.  In this program we’ll spend a few hours demonstrating and talking about Photoshop as an artistic medium.  Thom will demonstrate a number of his most often used  methods for creating in Photoshop and how we can use a mash up of techniques  to achieve unique results and bring our visualizations to the screen.  The state of the art in digital image making is limited only by our imagination and willingness to experiment.
