Maine PPA Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Final

The Maine Professional Photographers Association (Maine PPA) maintains a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for events, workshops, photographic competition fees, memberships, conventions, or meetings, unless the event is cancelled by MainePPA.

This policy helps ensure we can continue providing high-quality education and events for our community. As a non-profit educational organization, we invest significant time, effort, and resources into planning and promoting programs, and we rely on program and membership revenue to cover our costs and keep the organization running.

Can’t attend?

You may transfer your registration to another person. If you find someone to purchase your ticket, we’re happy to update the attendee name in our system.

Ticket Transfers

  • Email the name and contact information of the person you’d like to transfer your ticket to: info@maineppa.com
  • MainePPA will handle the registration transfer only (we do not facilitate or process payment exchanges between individuals).
  • MainePPA is not responsible for finding someone to replace you if you cannot attend.
